Festive Thanksgiving Butter Recipe

Cranberry Orange Butter


  • 1/4 Cup Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Butter at Room Temp
  • 1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
  • 2 Teaspoons Orange Peel
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor. Blend well.
  2. Lay out a piece of parchment paper. Spoon the butter into the middle of the paper.
  3. Roll the butter into a log using the parchment paper and then seal the log of butter in a small sandwhich bag.
  4. You can place the butter in the freezer or fridge to set. Make sure to remove the butter at least 30 minutes before serving.

Serving Suggestion:

This Cranberry Orange Butter is the perfect compliment to warm popovers.
