Grandma Baynes Corn Casserole

This dish always reminds me of my Grandma and it wouldn’t be Thanksgiving without Grandma Baynes Corn Casserole on the table. This recipe was made with love and I hope your family enjoys this recipe as much as mine!

Grandma Baynes Corn Casserole


  • 2 Eggs Slightly Beaten
  • 1 Can Undrained Whole Corn Kernels
  • 1 Can Creamed Corn
  • 1 Stick Melted Butter
  • 8 Ounces Sour Cream
  • 1 Package Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large bowl, stir all the ingredients together until moistened.
  3. Grease a 9 x 13 pan or a 2 quart ovensafe dish.
  4. Put mixture in the pan and cook for about an hour or until golden brown.
