Make It Yourself Slip ‘N Slide

A couple of summers ago I had the idea to make my front lawn into a Slip ‘N Slide for my friends and I to enjoy on a hot afternoon. It was really easy to make, inexpensive, and provided hours of entertainment. All you need is a grassy hill, a hose, a large painter tarp, and 4 cases of water bottles (or something else heavy enough to hold down the edges). Keep in mind that soaking the grass for hours with water will leave your lawn muddy. Needless to say my parents were surprised to see our front lawn when they got home but lucky for me they found it funny.
