Gram Pat’s Pecan Pie Recipe

I have never been a fan of pecans, but I am a HUGE fan of my Gram Pat’s Pecan Pie! If you are looking for a delicious pie to make for Thanksgiving you have to try this recipe!

Best Pecan Pie Recipe for Thanksgiving

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Cup Dark Corn Syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Cup Broken Pecans
  • 3 Eggs Slightly Beaten
  • 3 Tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 1 Refrigerated Pie Crust

Directions:

  1. Place the unbaked pie shell in a pie pan. Ruffle the edges of the pie crust.
  2. In a large bowl mix together all the ingredients and pour into the unbaked pie shell.
  3. Cover the exposed pie crust with aluminum foil to prevent the crust from burning.
  4. Bake the pie at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for another 50 minutes.
  5. Serve with vanilla ice cream!
