Restaurant Review: Seasons 52

Seasons 52 is my favorite new restaurant. The concept behind the name is that every season they change the menu and every week they have new specials. Very clever! The food at Seasons 52 is outstanding! Every dish is filled with fresh and colorful ingredients that will make your eyes sparkle and mouth water. But wait there is more… all of the dishes on the menu are under 475 calories, even the desserts! They also offer an amazing international wine selection with a large offering of South African wines, which are my favorite.

Seasons 52 has mastered healthy cuisine but also offers an inviting atmosphere in the restaurant. There is a beautiful bar that will quench any alcoholic beverage desire you might have. There is even a rotating piano in the middle of the bar and you can request your favorite songs.

But back to the food… you have to try their Ripe Plum Tomato Flatbread and a Pecan Pie Mini Indulgence. I have to be honest I was a little skeptical the first time I went and decided to order two main entrees thinking 475 calories was not enough for a meal. I was wrong! I was so pleasantly filled after my first meal that I took the other one home.

Seasons 52 prides themselves on their outstanding customer service. I have been impressed with every server, hostess, and bartender. My parents went for dinner one night and were enjoying some wine when the restaurant owner came over to apologize for the delay in their meal. My parents hadn’t even realized it was taking a while. The owner apologized and explained that one of the steaks was overcooked and a new one was being prepared. He insisted on compensating their meal and when my parents protested he said that they should expect that kind of service! Talk about making your customers happy!
