This Edamame Dish Is Great For Any Occasion

A week ago, I remembered I was supposed to bring a vegetable dish to a dinner party. In my last minute panic I threw together this lovely and colorful asian-inspired dish.  This dish is a crowd pleaser and one of my personal favorites. Try it and let me know what you think!

Soy Edamame with Silvered Almonds:

  • Ready-to-Eat Shelled Edamame
  • Soy Sauce
  • Silvered Almonds

  1. Put the edamame in a nice serving dish.
  2. Pour soy sauce over the top. I added about a 1/5 of the bottle. (Be careful not to add too much because the soybeans will become mushy).
  3. Add a handful of silvered almonds and stir everything together. Then top the mixture with a few extra silvered almonds.
  4. Eat right away.

Don’t have an event coming up? This dish makes a great snack or quick lunch!
