This adorable veggie Jack-O-Lantern is a simple and easy way to make a festive appetizer this Halloween. This idea was inspired from an image I saw on Pinterest. All you need is a bag of mini carrots, a zucchini, ranch dressing and two aluminum foil cupcake liners.
Arrange the carrots in a circle leaving room for the mouth, eyes, and nose. For the mouth, slice a few rounds of zucchini and then cut them in half. For the nose and stem, cut a thin strip off the side of the zucchini. For the eyes, mold the cupcake liners into two triangles and fill with ranch dressing. Super simple and festive!October 29, 2011
